お支払い時期:
プロジェクト開始時に商品価格の50％を前払いでお支払いいただきます。デザインが確定した後、最終データの納品前に残りの50％をお支払いいただきます。
サービス提供時期:
前払い入金確認後、5営業日以内にプロジェクトを開始いたします。残金の入金確認後、3営業日以内にデザインデータを納品いたします。
返品・キャンセル・交換:
• デザインデータ納品後の返品はお受けできません。
• プロジェクト進行途中におけるお客様都合のキャンセルの場合、商品価格の80％をキャンセル料としていただきます。前払い分を差し引いた残金（商品価格の30％）をお支払いいただきます。
• デザインがほぼ完成まで近づいた後にお客様都合で再提案やデザイン変更になった場合、商品価格の100％が必要になります。

特に必要となる免許・資格はございません。

Additional Fees:
• For customers in Japan: Consumption tax (tax rate is subject to change based on laws)
(For international customers: No consumption tax)
• International transfer fees (paid by the customer)
• Credit card processing fees (paid by the customer)
Payment Methods:
• Credit card payments via Stripe
• Bank transfer
Payment Terms:
50% of the price is paid upfront when the project starts. The remaining 50% is paid before the final data delivery after the design is finalized.
Service Provision Timing:
The project will start within 5 business days after confirming the upfront payment. The design data will be delivered within 3 business days after confirming the remaining payment.
Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges:
Returns are not accepted after the design data is delivered.
If the customer cancels the project during the project, 80% of the price will be charged as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance (30% of the price) must be paid after deducting the upfront payment.
If the customer requests a re-proposal or design change when the design is nearly complete, 100% of the price will be charged.
Licenses and Certifications:
No specific licenses or certifications are required.
Delivery Data Format:
The file format of the delivered design data will be communicated via email with the customer.
Personal Information Handling:
We properly manage customers' personal information and use it only to provide ordered services, respond to inquiries, and analyze for service improvements. Personal information will not be provided to third parties.
